Customers must be present or make accommodations when packages are being delivered. 

Refused/ Returned

A restocking fee of 40% of the total order value is applied to all refused packages *shipping costs are non-refundable. Additionally, should a package be returned, the shipping fee must be covered by the customer for re-shipment.

Please be advised that Self Xpression is not liable for any delays, misdeliveries, lost package, or items marked as delivered but not received once dispatched with the postal service. As a result, we cannot provide refunds or replacements under these circumstances.
