Please make sure your address is correct. SX will NOT be responsible for items that are returned for invalid/ wrong address.
If the package is returned, you’ll have to repay the shipping cost for us to ship it out again.
All Refused/Returned packages are subject to a 45% restocking fee of the order total. NO EXCEPTIONS
Customers must be present or make accommodations when packages are being delivered. SX can NOT be held responsible for delays, mis-delivery or lost items caused by post services.
SX will NOT refund you nor send you another item. However, you may be able to file a claim with usps.com (link below)
