RETURNS| EXCHANGES| CANCELLATION
Self Xpression does not issue refunds to the original method of payment however, we only offer Store Credit for “ELIGIBLE” items. In addition, we accept CANCELLATION within 1 hour after purchase (you will receive a reply during business hours). No Exceptions
Due to the nature of items, these cannot be RETURN or EXCHANGED includes, but is not limited to:
-Adding Elastic Bands/ Rhinestones/ Embellishments/ All Custom Orders
-Items on sale/ discount
-Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Consist of Panties/ Thongs
- Shoes/ Heels
- Beauty products
The above items are not eligible for returns **If you return any unapproved item, it will be discarded without the customer receiving store credit.
To be eligible for a Store Credit, 1st contact us: firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of delivery confirmation. We will try our best to resolve any issues that may arise. In addition, you will be charged a 40% restocking fee.
If more than 3 days have gone by since your package was delivered, you will be charged up to 50% restocking fee and it will be deducted from the store credit.
If 30 days or more, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a store credit.
Self Xpression accepts item(s) unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received the merchandise.
*Returns are refunded as Store Credit and are used as payment within Self Xpression. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds for Store Credit.
The buyer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs to return the product, shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
