The customer service was great! Very helpful which I really appreciate. The product is nice & cute but in my opinion it's wayyyy overcharged for what it is. The material is good but pretty flimsy. You can tell its not expensive material. I honestly wouldn't pay more the $25-30 for this product. It's definitely not something the blew my mind.
