If you're looking for great customer service, this is probably not your shop. As you can see from other reviews this seller is tough to work with. If you think the item will arrive perfect as described, the items are cute. But if you're looking for any kind of customer service, accommodation for requests, custom sizing etc...this is not your place. I received the item on time. I had tried to message the seller several times in advance to talk about measurements, sizing etc. and received no response. I also included measurements in my notes when I purchased since I could not get in touch and was working against a deadline. Item arrived without taking any of these things into account. Listing says 'made to order' but who knows. I have been cutting and sewing myself and I think will be ok but I know others may not be as lucky.
